Avoid terminal window title reading after changing terminal window title
I will try to describe what kind of behavior I would like from orca and why.
when i work in terminal - some programs set the title of the window. this is quite useful as you can quickly find out which program is currently running, but at the moment it is not very convenient when working with orca. the fact is that orca reads and displays all changes in the title on the braille display and, accordingly, when the command quickly finishes executing, we do not immediately see the prompt.
I want to propose a solution: let orca not announce changes to the title of the window (all or only in terminals) so we can always see the title using the combination of keys or alt + tab, and it will not interfere with work.
