Make contraction table follow system locale

The default value for Contraction _Table: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/orca/-/blob/master/src/orca/orca-setup.ui#L2128 in preferences dialog Braille page seems to be "en-us-interline".

I don't know much about it but should the default value perhaps follow the system locale so if the user is using GNOME in danish then perhaps the default value should be a value for danish.

I see these values for danish language which seems to be from https://github.com/pmzambou/liblouis/tree/master/tables:

da-dk-g08
da-dk-g16
da-dk-g16-lit
da-dk-g18
da-dk-g26
da-dk-g26-lit
da-dk-g26l
da-dk-g26l-lit
da-dk-g28
da-dk-g28l
da-lt

Or perhaps the values for voice and braille should follow each other if that makes sense.

Using: Orca 3.36.2, GNOME 3.36.2, Fedora Workstation 32.
