Add needle for the example.com page in epiphany

Tanjuate Achaleke requested to merge acha/openqa-needles:acha-openqa-needles-epiphany into master

The needle includes the json and png for app_epiphany_example_page which help in the extension of the epiphany test to include navigating to the example.com web page and assert with the corresponding image
