Add a json and png for other locations page in nautilus

Added a needle for other locations page of the nautilus app. Also made some changes to the app_nautilus_home-20230907.json to include the the clickable area with is the "Other locations" side menu button. This enables navigation to the other locations page which, which the test then asserts with the corresponding app_nautilus_other_locations.json and app_nautilus_other_locations.png
