Modernize the other types filter dialog a bit

António Fernandes requested to merge wip/antoniof/other-types-filter into master

Add filtering when typing.

Known issue: pressing return doesn't select and close. But this was already an issue before this MR. I didn't figure it out quickly, so I decided to just give up for now and move on to more important things.
