Draft: properties-window: Select name without extension

Currently in the name entry in the properties window we select both the name and the extension, unlike in the rename file popover where we omit the extension for ease of renaming.

This results in more difficult renaming, so let's be consistent with the rename file popover in excluding the extension from the selection.
