sidebarrow: Add appropriate margin and opacity

Sid requested to merge sid/nautilus:nautilus_gtk_sidebar_row_spinner into main
  1. Margin is added so it aligns correctly with the eject button.
  2. Opacity of 0.7 in line with other elements in the row.
