properties-window: Use AdwPreferencesPage/Group + more

Also:

  • Use an AdwBanner to inform when the user doesn't own the files
  • Remove "activatable=false" from property rows
  • Use header capitalization in the "Trashed on" row
  • Port "Change Permissions to Enclosed Files" to AdwButtonRow
  • Port "volume_usage_row" to AdwPreferencesRow
  • Set "accessible-role=presentation" in the disk usage dots
  • Remove "focusable=false" from the window
