Draft: file-properties-change-permissions: Refresh the UI

𝅳Automeris naranja requested to merge automerisnaranja/nautilus:permission-enclosed-files-ui-refresh into main

  • Use modern widgets such as AdwToolbarView, AdwPreferencesPage/Group and AdwActionRow

  • Group rows by "Onwer", "Group" and "Others"

  • Add width/height-request and default-width properties (using the same values from properties-window)

  • Add mnemonics
