file-operations: adjust data speed units

getsnoopy requested to merge getsnoopy/nautilus:fix-unit-symbols into main

The international unit symbol for the second is s, not sec. Similarly, that for the kilobyte is kB, not kb. This commit updates all such instances in the file to the proper symbols.
