Emacs keybindings doesn't work.

Steps to reproduce

Set Emacs input [ ON | ] in Tweaks
Press Ctrl+l in Files (to mark the location bar)
Press Ctrl+e or Ctrl+a

Reproducible in:

Flatpak unstable: Not applicable (not sure how to set Emacs bindings for a Flatpak)
Other: Fedora 29

Current behavior

Ctrl+e and Ctrl+a does nothing. 😢

Expected behavior

Ctrl+e should move to end of line
Ctrl+a should move to beginning of line

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
