Nautilus crash with frantic ctrl + n
Steps to reproduce
- Open Nautilus
- Do
ctrl+n
3 or 4 times very quickly - Nautilus crash all windows
Reproducible in:
- Flatpak unstable: no (tested and no crash)
- Other: GNOME nautilus 3.30.0 (crash in Debian Sid GNOME 3.30.1)
Current behavior
Open a Nautilus window and open a multitude of other windows via ctrl+n
. Nautilus crash immediately (all windows close).
Expected behavior
The bug is 100% reproducible and very simple to produce. In Debian Sid with GNOME 3.30.1 (tested with 1 Dell XPS 15 9550, 1 Dell XPS 13 9343 and 1 Shuttle DS57U), it is enough to frantically open several windows of the Nautilus program to cause an immediate crash.
The bug does not occur in Debian Jessie 8.11 with GNOME 3.14.1 and Nautilus 3.14.1 (not tested with Debian Stretch but I can if you want). The bug does not occur either with Nautilus Unstable Flatpak as requested above.
Additional information
Debian Sid update to 01/11/2018 (today). I am French.
