Network mount dialogs are contradictory and a bit messy

Steps to reproduce
I have a home NAS which I regularly connect to by opening one of the network drives listed under Other Locations. When I do this, I see the following dialog:
There are a few issues with this dialog:
- It's missing a heading in the header bar
- It's not using up to date design patterns
- It says "authentication required" and "enter a user and password", but then allows you to proceed without doing either of those things
- The save password option is overly complex - you have three options to choose from, each described using long labels
The dialog in question is GtkMountOperation dialog. This could be replaced using a nautilus-specific UI for GMountOperation. Or, alternatively, we could explore a libadwaita version.
