Performance/Hang when using CIFS target

Interaction with the mount point via other software (cp, rsync) works at expected line-speed, but nautilus hangs completely when trying to move more than a handful of files. I've "tested" with 1,2,3,4 files and that seems to work fine (usually), but if you try to move a folder of files (e.g. an album of music) it completely hangs and never completes. To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
