Confusing change in number of columns when expanding window (goes from 2 to 3 to 2)
At minimum width Files has 2 columns. As you expand it, it goes to 3 columns, then jumps back to 2 columns when the sidebar appears and then quickly jumps to 3 columns with a very small adjustment of the width.
Nothing specifically wrong, but it feels awkward to move to 3 and then back to 2 and up to 3 within such small changes on width.
It seems the width threshold where the sidebar turns into a flap could be changed to a slightly higher value. (The sidebar is much wider with the gtk4 port).
Alternatively, the 2 column height seems to be used where 3 columns could fit, so it may be possible to adjust that.
