Operations copy/paste and drag&drop of bookmark from within web browser to Files in order to create a file of type shortcut not supported

Issue: Operations copy/paste and drag&drop of bookmark – as name entry – from within web browser to Files in order to create a file of type shortcut, are not supported.

Note: Such operations from within Files, while bookmark is as file of type shortcut, to web browser are supported; a such file is added as intended, as bookmark name entry, nevertheless unlike in Windows such entry must be invalid because it won't be opened.
In Windows for example, such operations from within web browser to Windows resources manager are supported. For model, such file created by that manager would be reported in Linux as follows:
