Incorrect permission handling on root folders of mounted NFS shares
Affected version
- Other: Nautilus 3.26.4 on Ubuntu 18.04LTS Could be reproduced on Nautilus 3.36.2-stable on Ubuntu 20.04LTS
Steps to reproduce
- Mount NFS share (in my case from Synology NAS DS214)
Current behavior
Delete, move to trash, create folder are all greyed out (only in the root folders, sub-folders are okay). What is impossible in Nautilus can be done via command line though, so the permissions are there.
Expected behavior
Operations that are possible on the command line should as well be possible via Nautilus (delete, create files etc.)
Additional information
Similar issue was reported earlier here: #884 (closed)
Tried reproducing with NFS share from a different Linux box and failed (there everything is working as it should)
