Add a folders column view

Use cases

Add another files view that is adapted for moving or copying files on small screen or to avoid multiple nautilus instances opening for moving items in the same parent path. Also, it gives better view to the user of the arborescence on its files.

Ideally support automatic folder's opening in item's path. Here is macOS implementation : ColumnViewMojave-5b871636c9e77c0057b869fa

Desired behavior

Toogle column view on title bar to show column view of folders : Nautilus-3.10.0

Benefits of the solution

Easy way to move files, folders and to navigate around item's path.
