Install tests

This install test description files for most tests. Some minor changes to a few of them were needed, but this makes it possible to run all the tests using gnome-desktop-testing, used by downstreams.

A CI job is added that runs the tests as installed, but it's only run whenever the dist job is run. To test, run

gnome-desktop-testing-runner mutter

and it will run all installed mutter tests.
