Draft: onscreen/native: Pass sync_file from EGL via KMS update

Michel Dänzer requested to merge daenzer/mutter:backends-native-plane-assignment-sync_file into main

With the nvidia driver, this ensures correct synchronization of KMS atomic commits with mutter's compositing GPU work.

With other drivers, it might avoid over-synchronization in some cases.
