Documentation: List build dependencies in README.

Documentation: This adds a list of build dependencies for mutter.

The list was derived by starting with a clean OS install, and adding packages until meson setup build would succeed. I was not sure about one dependency: xwayland. I did not add it to the list as it is surprising that it is needed for building. But I am not sure if that is the desired situation.
