Bug summary
When VRR is toggled, Windows lose their position and swap work spaces / monitors.
Typically to the currently displayed workspace.
Steps to reproduce
Use a multi-monitor system.
- Have multiple windows open, a mix of the same application (Firefox) and others (libre office, steam, document viewer, etc).
- Organize the windows between workspaces and or monitors
- Toggle VRR
- Notice windows losing their position.
What happened
Windows do not retain their monitor or their workspace.

Windows to retain their monitors / workspaces.
