Clicking alacritty window decorations on one stage view triggers redraw on other stage view
Affected version
- Mutter Git
main
(post-46.0) - Wayland
Bug summary
Clicking the decorations of a Wayland-native alacritty window on one stage view triggers a redraw on another stage view, where nothing visibly changes.
Steps to reproduce
- Start
mutter
with multiple displays connected (so far tested with the displays connected to separate GPUs) - Run alacritty in native Wayland mode, make sure its window is visible only on one display
- Click on the alacritty window decorations
What happened
A redraw was triggered for the stage view where the alacritty window wasn't visible, and nothing visibly changed.
What did you expect to happen
A redraw should be triggered only for the stage view where the alacritty window is visible, not for other stage views.
