Bug summary
Upon waking up from standby, monitor refresh rate is set to 30fps without the ability to change it. This happens only after wake from standby.
Not sure if this is a driver issue or a mutter issue, so I'm trying it first here.
Also noticed that this now happened only on primary monitor where 2nd monitor has refresh rate of 60.
Steps to reproduce
- Leave a pc to go to standby
- After pc is in the standby mode, wake it up
What happened
Monitor refresh rate was set to 30.
What did you expect to happen
Monitor refresh rate should have been the same as before the standby - 60fps.
