Image gets stretched in full screen when application aspect ratio doesn't match the display's
I'm not sure if this a bug or intended behavior but if I run Super TuxKart in a 4:3 aspect ratio on my 16:9 monitor, it stretches it to match the monitor's 16:9 ratio. It does this in full-screen and the overview so it's not the GPU's scaler doing it and it's a Wayland native client so it's not an XWayland issue.
If this is the intended behavior, why? It doesn't seem like a sensible default to assume the user would want the image to be stretched and it would clearly be inconsistent with how the client wants to be displayed. Pillarboxing and letterboxing should be used instead.
