Bug information
Steps to reproduce
- Step by step, how can you make the problem appear?
- List those steps here.
- If the problem doesn't happen every time, note that as well.
I'm using "ibus / ibus-hangul" package for type Korean.
I typed:'동해물과 백두산이 마르고 닳도록'
But I got "동해물 과백두산이 마르 고닳도 록'
=> When I press the space-bar, its position is abnormal.
https://youtu.be/gW9G_DD_d-M?si=bchFiZKB3x6z-FE3&t=27
=> From 27 seconds: I recorded my screen typing in gnome-text-editor. Please check it.
https://github.com/libhangul/ibus-hangul/issues/118
=> I found that same symptom occurs on Fedora Linux + GNOME 45.
This problem doesn't occur in GNOME 40~44.
This symptom occurs GNOME 45 interface only.
Current behaviour
What happened that made it evident there was a problem? Copy and paste the exact text of any error messages. Use code blocks (```) to format them.
Is there any error information in the system journal? You may be able
to find errors using (sudo journalctl -xb
).
=> No error message appears now.
Expected behaviour
What did you expect to see instead?
=> https://youtu.be/gW9G_DD_d-M?si=bchFiZKB3x6z-FE3&t=4
From 4 seconds, typing in Google Chrome is normal.
