Mouse cursor orientation doesn't follow display orientation

Bug summary
I have a classic 16:9 display. I want to use it in vertical position. Until Fedora 38 I used to change the display orientation to Portrait Right in GNOME Settings. In the current version, the display is rotated correctly, but the mouse cursor still follow the movements as in Landscape orientation.
Steps to reproduce
- Go to GNOME Settings
- Select Portrait Right Orientation
- Apply
What happened
Moving UP the mouse, the cursor goes to right. Moving right, the cursor goes down, and so on.
What did you expect to happen
The cursor follow mouse movements even in different display orientations
