'<App> is ready' message appears for maximized apps when center-new-windows is active

- Arch / GNOME 44
- Affected Mutter version: 44
- Wayland only
Bug summary
- Option 'center-new-windows' is active.
- Any app in foreground.
- When opening maximized apps (Chromium in Wayland mode), the 'App is ready' message appears.
Steps to reproduce
Good behavior:
- Set option 'center-new-windows' to false.
- Open any app in foreground.
- Open Chromium in Wayland mode, maximized:
chromium --ozone-platform-hint=wayland
- No any 'App is ready' message appear.
Buggy behavior:
- Set option 'center-new-windows' to true.
- Open any app in foreground.
- Open Chromium in Wayland mode, maximized:
chromium --ozone-platform-hint=wayland
- Observe 'App is ready' message appears.
'App is ready' message appeared in center-new-windows mode.
'App is ready' message should not appear.
Chromium in Xwayland mode doesn't reproduce the 'App is ready' behavior.
Haven't find apps other than Chromium yet, for which this is reproducible.
Also opening any sections in Settings from Overview are affected (3rd video)
