Mouse cursor stutters when using browsers
Affected version
Using GNOME 44.1 on Fedora Workstation with binary NVidia driver and Wayland.
Bug summary
Often, usually at least once a day I hit the issue of the mouse cursor becoming laggy or very unresponsive. Sometimes it can be a annoyance, with only a small lag, but often it makes the system close to unusable with seconds between mouse movement and cursor movement. The applications remain responsive while this happens, like I can alt-tab and type into entry boxes in a webpage even if I can not easily move the mouse cursor. I have seen the issue usually while running either Chrome of Firefox, but then again almost everything I do is using those apps, so that could be a coincidence.
Steps to reproduce
I have not found a clear repeatable way to reproduce, but it happens often enough that I can relatively easy gather further debug information.
Relevant logs, screenshots, screencasts etc.
