When using the "window action key" instead of dragging the titlebar, dragging to the top maximize or the sides to tile no longer works (regression)
When moving a window using the "window action key" (alt/super + click and hold to move the window) to move a window and dragging it to the top of the screen, nothing happens. It's the same with dragging to sides of screens for half-tiling. This worked in previous versions of GNOME.
However, dragging a window's titlebar to the top of the screen for maximizing and the sides for half-tiling still works. So the general concept is still in place, but the hotkey-based window movement actions were broken.
I'm on Fedora 38 pre-release with mutter-44~beta-3.fc38 (the beta + backported focus fixes).
