Mouse cursor moves slower with fractional scaling in XOrg

- The issues appears only under XOrg session
Bug summary
If I enable fractional scaling under XOrg session, the mouse cursor moves slower than usual.
Steps to reproduce
- Log in to X11 session
- Open Gnome Settings
- Open the Display settings
- Select 125% scaling
- Move your mouse or your finger on a touchpad with the usual speed.
What happened
The mouse cursor moves slower than on regular 100% scaling.
What did you expect to happen
To move with the same speed as on 100% scaling.
