Related app sub-window position not remembering position
Feature summary
Opening a sub-window in apps to remember their last position.
For example: If I use Firefox inspector in separate window, as I use ultra wide screen I'm making Firefox 2/3 on the left and 1/3 for the inspector. Hitting the F12 shortcut opens the inspector but it treats that window as regular Ctrl+N window and places it with offset to the main window with a hundred or so pixels and doesn't remember where it's position last was!
How would you like it to work
I'm not exactly sure the way how Windows and MacOS window managers are doing this, but I suppose that they are taking window title into account and saving it's XY coordinates into separate group from the XY coordinates of main app windows.

Note
I'm well aware that this might not be mutter responsibility, but I'm not sure where to start. My best guest is that it's WMs functionality. So pardon me if I'm wrong.
