Virtual desktops switching with mouse has annoying delay
Greetings dear devs!
I've noticed something that's probably a bug.
If I switch desktops with the keyboard; everything is fine (key is pressed, the desktop is switched right away).
But if I use my mouse gesture to activate the top-left "Activities" overview and then click on the left or right part of the screen to go to the neighbor desktop and then, pretty fast (In less than 1 second) click again to switch to the next one, it does not switch me. What's even worse, it prolongs the delay. So if I click each time in less than a second or so, it will never switch to the next desktop. On the other hand, if I wait for 1 second and move the mouse around, after clicking on the next desktop, it switches. Also, if I switch faster by using Virtual Desktop Miniature images on top, it switches momentarily. So this is only the problem of right and left switch zones.
So it seems like an artificial delay was added to mouse handling for some reason. This delay also seems to be tied to the fact that the bug only occurs when I don't move the mouse around. So if I switch to the next desktop, very fast move the mouse and click again for the next one, it will switch just fine. But this is still a ninja mouse skill and sometimes in this case instead of switching to the next virtual desktop, I'm just stuck with window dragging instead.
Could this delay be removed or shortened at least to something like 250 ms? I'm getting used to mouse gestures but this part is really annoying.
Thank you very much for your work on the project!
