Can't control whole the window after minimize its child window with titlebar click action(Minimize)

Provide at least the following information:
- Arch Linux with gnome wayland 41.1
- mutter 41.1
- This issue appear in XOrg and Wayland

Steps to reproduce
- Goto gnome-tweaks --> Window Titlebars
- Set Middle-Click to
Minimize
- Open any window and its child window
- We can found the Hide(Minimize) button on right click menu is disabled
- Middle click the child window (see back step 2). The child window is minimized successfully.
- Now the father window is grey and I can NOT do anything to it even there is not a close button in overview. So I have to kill it in terminal.
What happened
What did Mutter do that was unexpected? The titlbar click action override the restriction of the right-click menu.

What did you expect Mutter to do? The titlebar click action's ability should in sync with right click menu's
OR, is it a bug of gtk?
