Windows keep getting moved outside of the screen when a monitor is plugged in
I'm using Fedora 33 and Gnome 3.38.3.
Very often, when I disconnect and reconnect an external monitor, a few windows get moved to an area outside of both monitors - so they're completely unreachable. The only way I found to bring them back is to Alt-Tab to the window, press Alt-Space, and select "Move" - but that's not exactly intuitive. Gnome doesn't even allow moving a window completely outside of the screen - so it shouldn't move them there when a monitor is plugged in or unplugged.
Windows end up in the area above monitor 1 and to the left of monitor 2.
