Remove old Parlino provider

Elias Rudberg requested to merge eliasrudberg/mobile-broadband-provider-info:remove-parlino-fix into master

Remove old Parlino provider which does not exist anymore and seems to interfere with currently existing providers Tele2 and Comviq that have the same network-id info as Parlino.
