Window position fixes

Merged Alberts Muktupāvels requested to merge wip/muktupavels/issue-21 into master

Add SIGINT handler to allow metacity exit cleanly when hitting Ctrl + C.

Offset gravity position by invisible borders to make sure correct window positions is used when saving session.
