Window sizing on Windows doesn't work properly, can not reach horizontal scroll bars
I just installed Meld 3.22.0 on my new Windows PC with Windows 10 Pro build 19045.2486 via Chocolatey v1.2.1 (in Admin Cmd window: choco install meld). I noticed the new nice looking GUI. But there are problems with window sizing. The bottom of the Meld window was below the lower edge of the screen, so I couldn't reach the horizontal scroll bars. That makes this version of Meld unusable for me.
I tried to make the Meld window smaller by lowering the top edge of the window, and then I planned to move the whole window up, to make the bottom edge visible on the screen. But the top edge of the window didn't follow the mouse movement, it made a jump down. When I tried to move the window up, the top edge of the window jumped from bottom half of the screen to the top edge. But the window wasn't moved, it was resized. So the bottom of the window was still outside of the screen.
I have also tried to move and resize with the arrow keys on the keyboard, after shift-right click on the Meld icon in the task bar followed by left-click on "Move" or "Resize" in the context menu. That also just makes the window jump between two positions.
I had Display Scaling set to 125%, and thought that perhaps the scaling makes Meld confused. I set it to 100%, but that didn't solve the problem.
