Show new and deleted files in two-pane mode

Currently, when pressing ALT-down, Enter, the next diff is opened but the diff has no indication weather it's a "new" or a "deleted" file if it is a single-pane. Also I can't press alt-right if I want to "restore" the deleted file.

Together with #491 (closed)'s search-through-several-files proposal I would love to be able to work through files with the search feature: Navigate relevant code using CTRL(-SHIFT)-G, copying approved chunks using ALT-right.
