general: Add a11y labels & rename "Primary Menu" to "Main Menu"

Ghost User requested to merge (removed):add-a11y-labels into main

This MR adds a11y labels to most of the controls and rows (it not all). Also, it renames "Primary Menu" to "Main Menu" to follow HIG; see details.

However, I have some questions:

  • Buttons with the tooltip-text property need a11y labels?
  • Must labels be capitalized?
