Use NAMELINK_COMPONENT in CMake install

Markus Rickert requested to merge rickert/libxslt:cmake-namelink-component into master

CMake 3.12 and higher support a new option NAMELINK_COMPONENT for handling the namelink component separately.

The old code produces an error on CMake 3.19:

CMake Error: install(EXPORT "LibXslt" ...) includes target "LibXslt" more than once in the export set.
