Performance regression in xmlFACompareAtoms
We're using libxml2 and notice a very large performance degradation when upgrading to a more recent version. We found that this issue was a change in xmlFACompareAtoms. The new calls to xmlStrchr(val1, '|') and xmlStrchr(val2, '|') caused an over 30% slowdown of our operations. Appears related to the fix for #40 (closed)
