FR: add note how to handle failing tests
When creating #38 (closed) I've recognized that there's no hint about how to proceed.
I suggest to add a README.failingtests to specify how to properly create a bug report and which files to include and adding a short hint to README.tests about this file.
Then rename the current check
target in Makefile.tests to "check-internal" (also adding to .PHONY) and add something like the following as new check target there (untested draft):
check:
@echo Running tests
@$(MAKE) check-internal | \
(cat $(srcdir)/README.tests && echo. && uname -a && \
($(CC) --version | $(CC) -version | $(CC) -V) && false)
