Rolled-up windows not represented in workspace switcher

Description
When rolling up a window by double-clicking on its titlebar, it still exists on the screen. It can still accept input (like close, etc), it can be moved around, and it participates in window ordering. Yet somehow it's completely absent from the workspace switcher.
My suggestion: Include rolled-up windows in the workspace switcher. This will improve the spatial correspondence between a workspace and its representation in the switcher.
Other information: I'm not sure if this is a simple oversight or a conscious design decision. A rolled-up window would scale down to about a pixel in thickness, making it tough to represent in small workspace switchers. This problem should be addressable, though.
