tests: Install missing files needed by installed-tests

Simon McVittie requested to merge wip/smcv/installed-tests into master

We need these if we are reusing the build-time tests for "as-installed" testing.

This appears to be enough to make the installed-tests pass when run via Debian's autopkgtest framework.
