Refresh secret items properties after unlocking

The searched secret items properties are pulled before the keyring unlocking. On gnome-keyring, items properties are not available until the keyring is unlocked.
So we do a refresh when the unlocking is done to get correct properties.
I plan to fix also secret_service_search_sync later but I will be happy if someone reviews this first attempt.
The test 16/24 is not passing and I don't understand why. Someone can help me? Thanks a lot.
