WIP: initial port to gtk-rs 0.9
This a wip merge request to bump to the new gtk-rs release
Needs:
Since the latest release, cairo-rs doesn't export status any more, I'm not sure how we should handle that here? or we do need to re-export the status somehow for cairo::Context
Other changes might be needed
