pass cancellable to AcquiredNodes

Adetoye Anointing requested to merge Yorubad-Dev/librsvg:add-cancellable-#1127 into main

The functions to load resources at rendering time did not have knowledge of the rendering cancellable. Store a reference to that cancellable in AcquiredNodes and use it everywhere #1127 (closed)
