rsvg-convert 2.54.4 is adding a RGB fill attribute erroneously to the output SVG when converting from SVG to SVG.
Example command:
rsvg-convert-new "Amazon Cloudscape Add.svg" -w 55px -h 55px -f svg -o "Amazon Cloudscape Add-55x55.svg"
New SVG:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" width="55" height="55" viewBox="0 0 55 55">
<path fill-rule="evenodd" fill="rgb(0%, 2.745098%, 8.627451%)" fill-opacity="1" d="M 51.5625 30.9375 L 51.5625 24.0625 L 30.9375 24.0625 L 30.9375 3.4375 L 24.0625 3.4375 L 24.0625 24.0625 L 3.4375 24.0625 L 3.4375 30.9375 L 24.0625 30.9375 L 24.0625 51.5625 L 30.9375 51.5625 L 30.9375 30.9375 Z M 51.5625 30.9375 "/>
</svg>
(Notice the fill="rgb(0%, 2.745098%, 8.627451%)"
)
Original SVG:
<svg width="16" height="16" viewBox="0 0 16 16" fill="none" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg">
<path fill-rule="evenodd" clip-rule="evenodd" d="M15 9V7L9 7V1L7 1L7 7L1 7V9L7 9V15H9L9 9H15Z" fill="#000716"/>
</svg>
It doesn't seem to effect the rendering, but I'd like to know why it's there and how to get rid of it without regex shenanigans.
I am using this package: https://packages.msys2.org/base/mingw-w64-librsvg
I'm on Windows 10 x64. Used MSYS2 to get the latest binaries.
Attachments don't seem to be working for my files, so here are the SVGs hosted on Dropbox:

How can I remove the rogue rgb definition?
Thanks, Jay
