Package 'libcroco-0.6', required by 'virtual:world', not found
I know librsvg 2.40.21 is outdated, however I would like to install it:
wget https://ftp.fau.de/gnome/sources/librsvg/2.40/librsvg-2.40.21.tar.xz
tar xf ./librsvg-2.40.21.tar.xz librsvg-2.40.21/
cd librsvg-2.40.21/
./configure
results in

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.
Alternatively, you may set the environment variables LIBRSVG_CFLAGS
and LIBRSVG_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.
libcroco was in the official repositories till Fedora 32, then it got obsolete
How can I install libcroco on Fedora 34?
